We want you to feel completely confident in your design before production begins. Every custom piece is created according to the specifications shown in your approved CAD design, including the approved ring size.

If your finished piece differs from the approved CAD design or specifications due to a Vow + Vine production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the piece and determine the appropriate adjustment or remedy.

Why we don’t buy back rings

Quality you can trust
Once a piece has been worn or owned, we can’t verify how it was handled, stored, or cared for. Even with restoration, we can’t confidently promise the same standard we deliver with newly made jewelry—so we choose not to reintroduce previously owned pieces.

Every Vow + Vine ring is created to be custom, new, and uniquely yours. Offering returned or pre-owned rings would undermine the personalized experience we commit to with every client.

Limited Warranty Summary

Your satisfaction matters—so every Vow + Vine piece is supported by a limited warranty designed to protect your purchase and keep you feeling confident.

Complimentary adjustments (within 14 days)

Complimentary adjustments may be offered when the requested correction:

• Addresses a discrepancy between the finished piece and the approved CAD design or order specifications
• Does not require additional materials, such as additional metal or stones
• Does not increase the original purchase price
• Does not materially alter the approved design

Ring Size Changes

The ring size shown on the approved CAD design or final order specifications is considered the customer-approved size for production. Customers are responsible for confirming that the ring size is correct before approving the design for production.

If a sizing issue is reported within 14 days of delivery, Vow + Vine will evaluate the ring to determine whether it can be safely resized while preserving the integrity of the original design.

Any ring size change of more than one (1) full size up or down from the approved size may require substantial modification, remanufacturing, or a complete rebuild of the ring. Unless the finished ring was produced in a size different from the size approved by the customer, Vow + Vine is not responsible for providing a complimentary rebuild or replacement due to an incorrect or subsequently changed ring size.

Sizing requests made more than 14 days after delivery, or requests to change the ring by more than one (1) full size from the approved size, are not considered complimentary adjustments and may be subject to resizing, modification, recasting, or remake charges.

Shipping Costs

For customer-requested sizing changes, modifications, or other adjustments that are not the result of a Vow + Vine production error, the customer is responsible for all insured shipping costs to and from Vow + Vine, in addition to any applicable labor, material, resizing, recasting, or remake charges.

Vow + Vine reserves the right to determine whether a ring can be safely resized or modified based on its design, construction, materials, stone setting, and the amount of size adjustment requested.

Design upgrades

If you decide you’d like to enhance your piece—such as adding accent stones, increasing metal weight, switching to a more complex style, or moving to a different metal option—additional costs may apply.

Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our craftsmanship and will address any structural or manufacturing defects related to workmanship.

Authentic Materials & Documentation

All Vow + Vine metals, diamonds, and gemstones are genuine and verified.

• Engagement ring purchases $2,000+ include an appraisal
• Center stones 0.75 carat+ include a third-party certificate (when applicable)

This documentation is provided for your clarity, confidence, and protection.

Accent Stone Coverage

For the first year after your ring is created, if a small accent stone (valued under $100) chips, breaks, or comes loose—and there isn’t damage beyond normal wear—we’ll replace it at no charge.

Additional Notes

• For repairs, resizes, or approved remakes, we’ll provide a prepaid, insured return label.
• All shipments are insured. If a package is lost in transit (rare, but possible), we can re-make your piece and re-source materials to get a replacement to you.
• We don’t provide jewelry insurance. We recommend insuring your piece through your insurer or a jewelry-specific provider (for example, Jeweler’s Mutual). Your appraisal and certification (when applicable) provide what you’ll typically need to set up coverage.
